Back in the 1990's, two guys had an idea to start a programming team... This dream became a reality, and Satanic Dreams Software was born.
The name of the team was a moment of inspiration really; it is kind of a mishmash of things from where I grew up and the dream of us becoming a great software development team... Well, the name kind of sticks in your head, as it is pretty unique, right?
At one point we had a 20+ strong team of programmers, artists and musicians... but, by today's standards that's a pretty small team!
We developed software for the Commodore Amiga series of home computers, which is a computer that I still have fond memories of. It was way ahead of its time, but alas, (to all intent and purpose) it is no more.
We worked on many games and utilities during our time as Amiga Developers:
Scalos, Minimum Safe Distance and Jazznic, being just a small selection of them, but you may still find some of our older projects on Aminet.
We are also trying to rebuild our software collection here, just in case other sites close!
Scalos is still being actively developed, even though they are in denial about their heritage,
I guess they are ashamed to associate themselves with us anymore? It's only a name guys
Please click the image above to go to the Scalos website.
These screenshots are from a game called Jazznic.
Today we develop for Windows, Mac and Linux.
We have a few projects under development currently, but the one that generates the most interest is Elite Multiplayer.

So, please join our community if you wish to find out more about us, or even if you just feel like having a chat with a few people who love computer games and programming!
Have Fun!
